Section E18 is pleased to announce that registration for the 2025 Section Winter Fellowship and Training (SWFT) Conference is now open.
Our annual SWFT Conference provides Arrowmen across the section with an outstanding opportunity to connect, enhance their leadership abilities, and strengthen their troops, chapters, and lodges. This year’s event will be held at Alpine Scout Camp from December 5–7, 2025.
The conference will feature a variety of informative and engaging training sessions on topics such as:
- Making an Impact on Arrowmen
- High Adventure Opportunities
- Professional Networking with LinkedIn
- Engagement and Retention Strategies
- Creating a Welcoming Environment
- Lodge Branding and Promotion
In addition to training sessions, participants will enjoy a weekend filled with fellowship and fun activities that are not to be missed.
